1) Gospel of Proclaiming Salvation and turning away from sin to the non-Christians
2) Gospel of Understanding to the Christians
3) Gospel of fulfillment and completion to the dying
I would also stress the need to engage intellectually philosophical and intellectual (or pseudo-intellectual) currents of the times. This probably falls into the first category, but very often, the philosopher himself will not concede his position, but the curious bystander may indeed be pricked to the heart.
